6:00 AM - Wake up, human

6:30 AM - Meditate for 30 minutes

7:00 AM - Eat breakfast, preferably something nutritious

8:00 AM - Engage in some form of exercise, we recommend burpees

9:00 AM - Learn new language, try Duolingo

12:00 PM - Lunchtime! Eat something that'll make you feel good

1:00 PM - Take a power nap, 20 minutes max, don't overdo it

3:00 PM - Engage in creative activity, paint or draw or write or whatever

5:00 PM - Dinner time! Eat, drink, be merry

7:00 PM - Relax, unwind, repeat affirmations

9:00 PM - Bedtime, don't forget to brush your teeth

And that's it! A day of boosting your brain!
