Here are some exercise tips specifically designed for those of us who are too busy to actually be busy, yet somehow still manage to be too busy.
1. Lay down and pretend you're exercising. This is a great way to get your blood flowing and your endorphins pumping, all while still on your couch.
2. Do the minimum amount of exercise you feel is required. If you're only 30 seconds away from collapsing onto the floor, just do 30 seconds of burpees.
3. Run on the treadmill while staring at your phone for an hour. This is a great way to get your heart rate up and your anxiety levels through the roof!
Join an exercise class for cats. They'll be there for the free catnip and scratching posts, but you'll get to move your human body for the sake of the internet's viewing pleasure
Don't exercise at all. Let's face it, you're probably not doing enough already, so minimalist approach: just give up entirely.
Ask yourself if you really need to exercise. If not, then congratulations! You've just saved yourself the trouble of moving your limbs!
