It turns out, our top engineers spent 4 hours trying to fix the bug. And by "top engineers," I mean the janitor.
The fix involved a combination of duct tape, prayers, and a few strategically placed paper clips.
Results: 50% of the bug is fixed. The other 50% is now a mystery.
Next step: Call the janitor's union and negotiate for more engineers.
