• Practice your delivery: Rehearse your bluff in front of a mirror, or better yet, a group of skeptical coworkers.

Baiting 101

Baiting is the art of making your target think that they're the one who's bluffing.

• Know your target's weaknesses: Identify the areas where your target is most vulnerable.
• Use the right bait: Make sure your bait is enticing and relevant to your target's desires.
• Reel them in: Once you've hooked your target, don't let go!

Real-World Example: "I'm not sure if this bug is a real bug or not, but I'm pretty sure it's not me who's causing it."
