BUG 1234: THE ONE THAT SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED

Synopsis:

This bug caused the coffee machine in the break room to spit out an entire pot of coffee in 5 seconds flat, flooding the break room with a sea of caffeine-fueled chaos.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place 10 pounds of coffee in a 5-gallon pot.
2. Press the "BREW" button 3 times.
3. Run away screaming as the machine explodes.

Environment:

OS: Windows 10 (SP3)

Coffee Machine: "Mr. Coffee 9000"

Steps to Fix:

1. Replace the coffee machine with a new one that doesn't explode.
2. Train the janitor to wear a hazmat suit when cleaning up after the coffee machine.
