A user has reported that their cat has been eaten by a rogue vacuum cleaner, which was previously owned by a suspect who had been seen lurking around the neighborhood with a suspiciously high amount of catnip.

**RECOMMENDATIONS:**

1. Investigate the scene of the crime and search for any remaining cat hair.
2. Seize the suspect's vacuum cleaner and run it through a hazmat suit-wearing, biohazardous waste disposal team.
