Q: What is Cartooning Software?
A: We're a software company that specializes in helping cartoon characters get their lives together.
We're talking about the ones who live in your attic, the ones who still think they're 19, and the ones who can't stop eating cereal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our software helps them get their priorities straight, find a decent apartment, and maybe even land a job that doesn't involve too much cat chasing.
Q: What about customer support?
A: Our customer support team is staffed by the same cartoon characters who use our software. They're a bit...particular.
Just don't ask to talk to "Bugs." He's a bit of a... Well, just don't ask him to talk, okay?
Q: Do you have any plans for expansion?
A: We're currently looking into developing a line of cartoon-themed coffee mugs. Because, you know, who doesn't need a good coffee mug?

Q: Can I use this software on my Commodore 64?
A: Ugh, no. That's just cruel.
We recommend upgrading to at least a Pentium 5 or later. Anything less is just...a travesty.
Q: Is this software for real?
A: Of course it is! We're not just a bunch of... (cough) cartoon characters.
Well, except for the part where we're a bunch of cartoon characters who just happen to write software.
Q: What about updates?
A: We release updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Because those are the days when the coffee machines are most likely to dispense the good stuff.
Just check back here for the latest updates, and try not to get too excited. It's not like we're curing cancer or anything.
Q: What about a refund?
A: Ha! You want a refund? You must be one of "Bugs' buddies"! We don't give refunds. You're stuck with us, like it or not.
But don't worry! We'll just...accidentally...send you more software. And maybe a few "Bugs" cartoons. Just to make you feel better.
Q: Can I use this software on my iPad?
A: Oh, please don't even think about it.
We're talking about an iPad, not a...not a... (shudder) Windows 8 tablet. There, happy now?
