Witnessed by her trusty sidekick, a stray cat, the cat was seen fleeing the scene of the crime, leaving behind a half-eaten pizza and a trail of crumbs.
The incident was reported by the cat, who was found to have a severe case of feline PTSD due to the trauma of being forced to watch its beloved human devour a pizza like a "pizza-vampire" in the dark.
Further investigation revealed that the pizza was a large, extra-cheesy, pepperoni-studded monstrosity, with a topping of anchovies, which some experts believe may have been the catalyst for Brittany's behavior.
