BUG REPORT: Chaos Engineering

The following bug was reported by a concerned citizen of our beloved Chaos Engineering department:

Problem: The toaster in the break room keeps spitting out toast with the words "I'm a failure" written on them.

Steps to replicate:

1. Turn on the toaster.
2. Place a slice of bread in the toaster.
3. Wait for 5 minutes.
4. Check the toast for the words "I'm a failure".

Expected outcome: Toast with a nice, evenly browned crust.

Actual outcome: Toast with the words "I'm a failure" scribbled on it in what appears to be blood.

No.

Workarounds:

Please replace the toaster with one that doesn't have a sadistic personality.
