You will be responsible for all damages caused by your chariot, including but not limited to:
- Destruction of nearby foliage
- Dislodging of loose stones
- Displacement of nearby pedestrians
We reserve the right to revoke your chariot rental privileges at any time without prior notice, should you fail to meet these conditions.
