Meeting Minutes
Meeting started at 8:00 AM sharp. Chair, Jane Doe, called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM sharp.
New Business
The committee discussed the pressing matter of coffee machine maintenance. It was decided that the current machine is due for an upgrade, as it has been making the office smell like a mixture of burnt offerings to the coffee gods.
Reports
The IT department reported that the machine's coffee-to-water ratio is still off by 1.5 units, and that the milk frothing system is on the fritz. Recommendations were made to adjust the ratio and schedule a maintenance visit for the frothing system.
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 AM, with a unanimous agreement to reconvene at the same time next Thursday.

The committee has scheduled the next meeting for January 8, 2021, at 8:00 AM. All members are expected to bring their favorite coffee cup.
