In this most esteemed and hallowed of sections, we, the Colonials, do hereby declare that it is the right of every subject to be properly paged in a tavern, whereupon they may imbibe the fine brews of our fair colonies.
We, the Colonial Legislator's Assistant, do hereby assert that this right shall not be infringed upon by the whims of the tavern keepers, who shall be bound by the strictest of codes to ensure the proper serving of ale and the avoidance of any untoward incidents.
