Wednesday's meeting of the Committee on the Circus was adjourned due to an unexpected influx of red tape.
The committee members spent the entire morning filling out forms, getting their paperwork in order, and attending to the endless bureaucratic requirements.
The only item on the agenda that was actually discussed was the correct procedure for properly folding a fitted sheet, a topic on which there was much debate and disagreement.
As a result, the committee will not be reconvened until the proper protocols for meeting minutes and expense reports are fully understood.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but do not worry, we will get it all sorted. Learn more about the protocol problems we face.
Or, if you'd like, you can hear a bedtime story about the meeting.
