Resolution 1: The Committee shall henceforth be known as "The Council of Unimpeachable Characters"

Unanimously agreed upon by all members, with nary a whisper of dissent.

Resolution 123: A motion to rename all meeting rooms to "The Council Chambers of Unimpeachable Characters"

Resolution 2: The Secretary shall be in charge of ordering more donuts for the meetings

By a margin of 9-1, with one holdout voting nay.
