Committee of Fooball Leagues: Rules

The Committee of Fooball Leagues (CFL) is a highly prestigious and utterly absurd governing body for the sport of Fooball. As such, we have a few rules to maintain order and hilarity in the world of Fooball:

Rule 1: Fooballs Must be Shiny

A Fooball must, at all times, be shiny. Any dull or tarnished Fooball will be subject to immediate disqualification.

Rule 2: Fooballers Must be Witty

A Fooballer must, at all times, be witty. Any Fooballer who fails to make a joke within 5 minutes of playtime will be subject to a 5-minute time penalty.

Rule 3: Fooballs Must be Played with Utmost Seriousness

A Fooball must, at all times, be treated with the utmost seriousness. Any Fooballer caught making light of Fooball will be subject to a 10-minute time penalty and a stern lecture from the Fooball overlords.
