Quantum Fluctuation Regulations
Section 1: Introduction
According to Article 7, Subsection 3, Item B, "Any player found guilty of quantum fluctuation shall be subject to a minimum fine of 5,000 space bucks and/or 10 minutes of community service in the quantum foam pit."
Section 2: Quantum Fluctuation Definitions
Quantum Fluctuation: A fluctuation in the probability density function of the multiverse, resulting in an unexpected and unexplainable change in the behavior of a player or the foosball table.
Section 3: Detection and Reporting
Quantum fluctuations shall be reported to the Quantum Oversight Committee (QOC) within 30 minutes of occurrence. Failure to report may result in additional fines and/or penalties.
