In the spirit of fairness, the foosball stick shall be the official, and only, stick used by all competitors. Its dimensions are precisely 25cm x 10cm, with a 2cm diameter rod, and a 3cm diameter ball-return mechanism.
The table shall be of standard 3/4" thickness, and 60" x 30" in size. It shall have eight red bumpers, and eight blue bumpers. The table's finish shall be a smooth, non-slip, black powder coat.
Each match shall consist of 5 one-minute games, played in best-of-5 style. A game is won when a player's goal counter reaches 8. The winner of the match shall be the player with the most games won.
Players are expected to be respectful and courteous towards their fellow competitors, the table, and the foosball stick. Unsportsmanlike conduct, such as excessive trash talking, will result in a warning, then disqualification.
The winner of each match shall receive a prize: a shiny, golden belt, with the Committee Foosball League embroidered on it in bold, black font.
The Committee Foosball League shall hold bi-monthly tournaments, on the first Thursday of each month. The tournament shall start at 7:00 PM sharp, and shall conclude at 10:00 PM.
