Article 3.1: The Committee Foosball Leagues shall be governed by a strict and unforgiving Code of Conduct, which shall be etched into the very fabric of the foosball table itself.
Article 3.2: Any player found to be violating the Code of Conduct shall be subject to a minimum fine of 10 foosball tokens, payable to the Foosball Treasury, and a maximum penalty of being banned for life from the leagues (or until they apologize to the table).
Article 3.3: All decisions of the Referees are final and binding. Any disputes shall be resolved through a game of Foosball played on a table with a wonky wheel, where the winner gets to decide the interpretation of the rules.
