Attendance

Today we're discussing the attendance policy for committee meetings. It seems like some members have been missing in action, and others have been over-present.

Decisions

Decisions include:

• Members are required to attend at least 50% of all meetings.
• Any member who misses more than 3 meetings in a row will be forced to wear a "I'm with Stupid" hat to the next meeting.
• Meeting minutes will be kept in a hidden folder in the "Lost and Found" box.
