• Item 2: To bring snacks. (Passed with 10 votes)
• Item 3: To wear funny hats while outdoorsy. (Failed with 1 abstention)

NOTES:

The committee members were seen sporting various shades of ridiculousness, including but not limited to: plaid pants, a fedora, and a pair of novelty mustaches.

Recommendations for next meeting: bring more snacks, fewer mustaches.
