WHEREAS the world is a dark and terrifying place, and
WHEREAS we, the Committee, are the guardians of this fragile donut-filled world; and
WHEREAS the donuts are running low, we hereby declare:
RESOLVED, that the Committee shall allocate an additional $10,000 to the Donut Fund for Emergency Situations (DFES) to purchase an emergency stockpile of donuts.
RESOLVED, that the stockpile shall be stored in a secret underground bunker, accessible only by password.
RESOLVED, that in times of crisis, the password shall be shared only with authorized personnel who have demonstrated a proven track record of responsible donut consumption.
