				Article 1: The purpose of this treaty is to establish a framework for peaceful relations between galactic nations.
			Section 2: Article I - General Principles
				Article 1: All galactic nations shall recognize the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all other nations.
			Section 3: Article II - Obligations and Rights
				Article 1: All nations shall respect and protect the rights and interests of other nations, including the right to peaceful exploration and development of space.
