Meeting Minutes:

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM by Chairman McSnively.

The agenda was discussed, with Councillor B. U. T. expressing concerns over the lack of free donuts in the meeting room.A motion was made to increase the meeting budget to include donut purchases, but was tabled due to lack of quorum.

Action Items:

• Purchase of new chairs for the meeting room.
• Hire additional janitor to clean up after Councillor McT. Bottomsworth III's cat.
• Investigate the possibility of installing a foosball table in the break room.

Next Meeting:

The next meeting will be held on 2022-04-22 at 10:00 AM. All members are encouraged to bring their own snacks.

Note: Councillor B. U. T. has been instructed to bring 12 donuts.
