Proposal 1, Section 2.1: Mandatory Coffee Machine Maintenance Schedule
Subsection 1: Daily Descale and Sanitize
Every morning at 8:00 AM sharp, the break room coffee machine shall be descaled and sanitized by at least two members of the Break Room Safety Committee. Failure to comply shall result in a sternly worded email from management.
Subsection 2: Bi-Weekly Detergent Replenishment
On the 1st and 15th of every month, the break room coffee machine shall be supplied with a new bottle of high-quality liquid detergent. Any attempts to use generic, off-brand detergents shall be met with severe disapproval.
