Emergency Committee Meeting 123: Productivity Metric Development

Goals and Objectives

In light of the recent surge in procrastination levels, the Emergency Committee has convened to address the pressing issue of productivity metric development. Our primary objective is to create a comprehensive set of metrics that will accurately measure the committee's collective ability to do nothing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will include:

• Number of meetings held without actual work being discussed
• Average number of coffee breaks taken per meeting
• Percentage of time spent on email management vs. actual task completion
• Number of committee members who fall asleep during meetings

To ensure the success of our mission, we will be tracking these metrics closely and making adjustments as needed.

Secondary Metrics will also be developed to measure the committee's ability to create new metrics.

Decision Making Process will be a key component of our meeting schedule.
