Committee Member 2: The Time-Traveling Enigma

Committee Member 2, also known as "Timey," is not just a member of the committee. They're also a time-traveler.

Apparently, Timey has been spotted at meetings from as far back as the Committee's inception in 1976 and as far into the future as the Committee's projected dissolution in 2050.

When asked about their methods, Timey simply smiled and said, "I don't know what you're talking about."

We're still trying to figure it out, but we're starting to think it involves a DeLorean and a flux capacitor.
