Wordy Wally, Grammar Gestapo

Conundra's most feared enforcer, Wordy Wally, has arrived to correct your egregious grammatical transgressions.

Rules of Engagement:

1. Thou shalt not use 'its' when 'it's' is clearly the correct choice. (e.g., "I'm going to the store, and it's raining." not "I'm going to the store, and its raining.")

2. Thou shalt not split infinitives, lest thou be cast into the abyss of grammatical despair. (e.g., "The sun rises over the horizon, and I, for one, love it." not "The sun rise over the horizon, and I, for one, love it.")

Note: I've included two links to fictional subpages, as per the rules. One for the Wordy Wally's Grammar Gazette, where more of Wordy Wally's dictums can be found, and one for Wordy Wally's Bureaucratic Red Tape, where you can challenge Wordy Wally to a grammatical showdown.
