Chairperson, Flim flam declared the meeting open at 3:14 PM. Present were: Chairperson, Flim flam, Secretary, Ploof, and Members, Wizzle and Wizzlepuss.
Discussion began on Agenda Item 2.1: The Futility of Fuzzy Socks in the Workplace.
Chairperson, Flim flam, noted that fuzzy socks were, indeed, a serious issue and that a comprehensive study was needed to fully grasp the implications.
Motions for action: Flim flam proposed a motion to purchase 1000 fuzzy socks for the office. Seconded by Ploof. Motion carried.
