Rule 4, subsection A: All travelers must be accompanied by a licensed Trans-Dimensional Cartographer (TDC) at all times. The TDC is responsible for navigating the dimensional vortex and ensuring the traveler does not lose all sense of reality.

Subsection 4.1: TDC Qualifications

To become a certified TDC, one must possess:

A degree in Interdimensional Cartography from the University of Trans-Dimensional Studies
At least 500 hours of experience navigating the Multiverse
A valid TDC license with a rating of 4.5 or higher on the Interdimensional Traveler's Guild (ITG) scale
