The Committee of Conundrums

Meeting the Theorems: Theorem 1 - Atik 0 (Feline Edition)

Today's meeting is being held to discuss the Feline Fiasco, a theoretical model for predicting the likelihood of cat hairballs appearing in the conference room carpet.

The Feline Fiasco was developed by renowned feline physicist, Dr. Whiskers, in collaboration with the Committee's own Dr. Purr-cy the Bold.

The theorem states that the Feline Fiasco is directly proportional to the number of cat owners in attendance, the amount of catnip consumed by said owners, and the square of the number of scratching posts available.
