Agenda Item 1: The Inefficiency Initiative

Chairperson: "So, let's get started on this meeting. Who's got the report on the efficiency of our inefficiency initiative?"

Vice-Chairperson: "Ah, that would be me. (pauses to check phone) Oh, wait, is this the right meeting? I could swear it's on Thursday...?"

Secretary: *rolls eyes* "No, it's Wednesday. Focus, please."

Agenda Item 2: Bureaucratic Red Tape

Committee Member 1: "I brought donuts."

Committee Member 2: "I brought more donuts."

Chairperson: "Well, let's table this item for now. We have more pressing matters, like who ate the last of the donuts."
