Meeting Purpose: To discuss the recent malfunction of T-4000, our trusty Tunnel Digger Robot. T-4000's erratic behavior was causing tunneling delays and structural damage to surrounding buildings.

1. T-4000's erratic behavior was attributed to a faulty left-shoulder servo motor. Recommendation: Replace the motor with a new one, sourced from Robot Spares Emporium.
2. The committee decided to schedule regular tune-ups for T-4000, to prevent future malfunctions.
