The Committee of the Absurd - Napping Regulations
Article 1: All members of the Committee of the Absurd are required to take a minimum of 30 minutes of napping time per day. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to: Penalty System
Article 2: The Napping Schedule
The napping schedule will be as follows:
- Monday: 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM
- Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM
- Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM
- Thursday: 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM
- Friday: 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Article 3: The Napping Environment
The napping environment will be as follows:
The napping area will be a designated room in the basement with a minimum of 5 pillows and 2 blankets per member. The temperature will be kept at exactly 72 degrees Fahrenheit and the lighting will be dimmed to a minimum of 10 watts.
Article 4: Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to follow the napping schedule will result in:
- A warning letter from the Committee Chairman
- A mandatory napping seminar to be attended by all non-compliant members
- A possible demotion from the Committee of the Absurd to the Junior Committee of the Absurd
- A 30-minute time-out in the "Napping Room" (a special room with no windows and no pillows)
- And finally, in extreme cases, expulsion from the Committee of the Absurd altogether
