14-point Motion: Unanimous Amendment to Article 3, Section 7, Subsection A

Whereas, the current by-laws have been found to be woefully inadequate for the modern era of intergalactic cooperation;

Be it resolved, that Article 3, Section 7, Subsection A be amended to include the following:

1. To replace all instances of "soda" with "gloopernuts" in the official beverage of the Intergalactic Union.
2. To establish a new department of Intergalactic Socks, tasked with regulating the distribution and consumption of all galaxy-located footwear.
3. To create a new holiday, "Intergalactic Disco Day," to be celebrated annually on the equinoxes.
