In a shocking turn of events, committee member, Bob, was caught using a sock puppet in place of his actual head during a particularly heated debate about the importance of proper sock drawer organization.
The other committee members were appalled, but not as much as they were amused. A motion to censure Bob for his actions was tabled, but not before he was forced to wear a "I'm with stupid" sign to the next meeting.
