Committee of Conundrums
Decisions Made by Accident
Here at the Committee of Conundrums, we take pride in making decisions that are completely arbitrary and often nonsensical. Our motto? Decisions by Accretion! Our philosophy is simple: why bother thinking when you can just roll a dice and see what happens.
Our committee members are a diverse group of individuals, each with their own unique set of biases and assumptions. We like to think that our lack of expertise in anything is a strength, and that our random decisions will often lead to unexpected breakthroughs.
Some notable decisions we've made include:
- Deciding that the office coffee machine should dispense only decaf coffee, because who needs a real coffee machine, anyway?
- Establishing a new department for the study of Suddenness, because why not?
- Creating a new holiday, Celebration of the Unsure, where we all just sort of stare at each other for a while and see what happens.
Acknowledgments
We'd like to thank our esteemed members for their contributions, and our intern, Bob, for his tireless efforts in making sure the copier always has paper.
