Issue 2: "I'm Not Lying, I Swear (I Think)
Subcommittee of Conundrums member, Bernard the Betrayer, has been accused of being less than truthful in a recent meeting.
"I'm shocked, SHOCKED," said Bernard, "I don't know what you're talking about."
When questioned about his involvement in the committee's recent mishap, Bernard claimed he was "just trying to help."
When asked to elaborate, Bernard muttered something about "the cat ate my notes."
Subcommittee members are currently looking into the matter and considering options for dealing with Bernard's, shall we say, "creative" accounting practices.
