Member's Guide to Bureaucracy

As a member of the esteemed Committee of Conundrums, you are expected to adhere to the following protocol:

Attend meetings. If you don't, your absence will be noted and you will be subject to a sternly worded letter.
Read the minutes of previous meetings. Don't bother trying to understand them, just nod enthusiastically when someone mentions them.
When in doubt, refer to the More Bureaucracy section for guidance.
Never, ever, ever use the phrase 'can we just...'. It's a trap, trust us.

This is where things get really interesting. A comprehensive collection of obscure policies, procedures, and regulations that will keep you guessing.

Remember, a good bureaucrat is a diligent bureaucrat.
