Solution 4 - Hat-4: Feathers of Fun

After much deliberation and debate, the Committee of Conundrums has reached a consensus: we need more feathers in our hats.

• Why? Well, it's simple: more feathers make better hats.
• We've consulted the experts: the local chicken farmer, the ostrich whisperer, and the renowned feather enthusiast, Mr. P. Pigeon.
• We're talking ostrich plumes, quetzal feathers, and possibly even some rare, exotic bird species.
