According to Article 7, Section 3, Subsection B, Item 4 of the Committee Handbook, at least two and a half members of the committee are required to sign off on a meeting.
But not just any members will do! They must be:
- Two members with a combined total of at least 10 years of experience in the field.
- A half-member with a PhD from a prestigious university and a LinkedIn profile photo that is not a cat.
Failure to comply will result in:
- The meeting not being officially recognized.
- A sternly worded email from the committee chair.
