Sam is a member of the Committee Bloopers, but not actually a member. He's more of a "special guest star" who shows up to meetings uninvited and eats all the donuts.
Sam's claim to fame is his extensive collection of novelty socks. He has over 500 pairs and can wear a new pair every day for three years without repeating any.
When not busy being a committee member, Sam enjoys playing the trombone, eating pizza, and arguing with the actual members of the committee about who's the real leader.
