Dear Esteemed Committee Members,
We are thrilled to present our annual report on the goals we achieved (or did we?) in the past year! Our goals were ambitious, our efforts were valiant, and our results were... well, let's just say "interesting".
We managed to spend 37.5% more time on meetings, which is a clear indication of our commitment to collaboration and synergy.
We also successfully created a new committee within the committee to discuss the committee, because why not?
Subgoal 1.1: Reduce Coffee Consumption (by 0.02%): We reduced our coffee consumption by a paltry 0.02%, but only because one member quit drinking coffee altogether, citing "it was just too good".

Subgoal 1.2: Increase Meetings by 37.5%: We managed to schedule 14 more meetings in the past year, because who needs productivity, anyway?

We successfully implemented a new "Casual Friday" policy, where everyone is allowed to wear their favorite Hawaiian shirts on Fridays. It was a real morale-booster, we're sure.
We also had a 100% success rate in our "who can eat the most Cheetos in one sitting" contest, which is clearly a measure of teamwork and camaraderie.
