In the year 2023, our committee managed to accomplish the impossible: making our members' meetings last longer than 5 minutes.
Our team's goal for the year was to increase productivity while maintaining an average meeting duration of 5 minutes or less. We achieved a whopping 7 minutes and 32 seconds, a feat that has been hailed as "miraculous" by our competitors.
We attribute our success to a combination of factors:
- A strict "no-nap-time" policy
- A ban on excessive small-talk
- A focus on the most critical, most pressing issues first
Our committee's future goals include:
- Implementing a "no-email" policy
- Introducing a "no-slideshow" policy
- Establishing a "no-excuse" policy for meetings
