WHEREAS, the current donut budget is woefully inadequate, and

WHEREAS, the people demand more donuts, we hereby propose:

• To allocate an additional 1000% more funds to donut procurement and enjoyment.
• To establish a donut tasting panel to ensure quality control and donut-ness.
• To provide donut-themed stress balls for all committee members during meetings.

WHEREAS, this proposal has been met with skepticism by the accounting department,

We call for a donut-fueled recess during the next meeting.
