Meeting commenced at 13:45. Present were Chairwoman, Sir Reginald P. Bottomsworth III, and members: Bubbles O'Malley, Professor Punsley, and the Honorable, Dr. Emily P. Bottomsworth.

The committee discussed the following topics:

• The new coffee machine is still broken.
• The air conditioning in the meeting room is on the fritz.
• The committee members' collective lack of punctuality.

Actions taken:

• The Chairwoman ordered a new coffee machine, but only after a 30-minute debate on the merits of cappuccino vs. latte.
• The air conditioning was temporarily fixed with a duct-taped solution.
• A strongly worded letter was written to the members, demanding they show up on time.
