Rule 2: The Incomprehensible Referee

Article 1: The referee shall wear a bright orange vest with a built-in megaphone to ensure that their instructions are incomprehensible to all players and spectators.

Amendment 1: The referee may use a random number generator to determine the length of their megaphone messages, with a minimum of 10 and maximum of 50 seconds.
