Agenda Item 1: Discussion of the new coffee machine in the break room.

Decision: Purchase the new coffee machine from "Brew-tiful Machines Inc."

Action Items:

• Chairperson Bob to research and order the machine
• Vice Chairperson Jane to coordinate the installation
• Members Alpha and Beta to test the machine and provide feedback
• Member Gamma to create a committee report on the machine's performance
