The FoE's Ball shall be a large, spherical object made of a non-slippery material, painted in a bright, firetruck red color.
Rule 1.1: The FoE's Ball shall be placed on a pedestal of exactly 3.14 feet in height, measured from the floor.
Rule 1.2: The FoE's Ball shall be surrounded by a ring of exactly 1.61 feet in radius, painted in a contrasting, electric blue color.
Players shall conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful, yet utterly ridiculous.
Rule 2.1: Players shall wear a pair of matching, neon green socks with their tournament jersey at all times during play.
Gameplay shall commence when the FoE's Ball is placed on its pedestal and players are given a 5-minute warning.
Rule 3.1: Players shall use their non-dominant hand to manipulate the FoE's Ball for the entirety of the match.
Rule 3.2: Players shall not use any form of artificial intelligence, such as computers or robots, to aid in gameplay.
