Article 2 - Foosball Tournaments: A Guide to the Rules and Regulations

Section 1: The Foosball Frenzy

According to Article 2, Section 1, Subsection 1.1, all foosball tables must be certified by the official Foosball Federation of Earth (FFE) before they can be used in official tournaments. This certification ensures that the tables meet the highest standards of playability and fairness.

However, subsection 1.2 states that any player who uses an uncertified table shall be subject to a fine of 500 Galactic Credits (GC) and/or a 3-game penalty. Don't get caught, folks!

Section 2: Tournament Scheduling

Article 2, Section 2, Subsection 2.1 states that all tournaments must be held on the second Thursday of every month, unless a majority of the players agree otherwise. This ensures that our tournaments always take place during the most optimal time for maximum foosball enjoyment.

However, subsection 2.2 states that any player who shows up late to a tournament shall be subject to a 1-game penalty. Don't be that guy.

Section 3: Player Conduct

According to Article 2, Section 3, players are expected to conduct themselves in a sporting manner at all times. No trash talking, no unsportsmanlike conduct, no foosball-fu moves.

Subsection 3.1 states that any player who engages in excessive trash talking shall be subject to a warning and/or a 2-game penalty. Don't be that guy.
