Section 4.2: Foosball Table Maintenance and Repair
All foosball tables must be maintained in a state of optimal foosball-ness at all times. This includes but is not limited to:
- Regularly cleaning the table's playfield to prevent the buildup of dirt, sweat, and tears.
- Maintaining a minimum of 2 inches of water in the ball return system at all times.
- Replacing worn-out red balls within 24 hours of discovery.
- Performing routine adjustments to the table's pop bumpers, gate system, and other mechanical components.
Failure to comply with these maintenance and repair guidelines may result in penalties, fines, and/or disqualification from future tournaments.
Subsection 4.2.1: Specialized Foosball Tools and Equipment
All players are expected to use only approved and certified foosball tools and equipment, which may include but are not limited to:
- Foosball table maintenance kits.
- Ball return system cleaning solutions.
- Red ball replacement kits.
Failure to use approved and certified tools and equipment may result in penalties, fines, and/or disqualification from future tournaments.
